For the last instalment of our Career Development Series, Andrew Jones, the executive coach, executed the Group Dynamics at Work workshop with resounding success. According to our survey, unanimous praise was showered upon Andrew for his exceptional delivery of the workshop. By sharing “The 4 Player Model” by David Kantor, participants were able to analyse and apply it to their daily lives effectively. An amusing incident occurred during the discussion when the topic unexpectedly veered into ‘tiramisu,’ a playful inside joke that showcased the dynamics of the “Movers.”
It was truly delightful to witness participants continuing their conversations long after the session had concluded, a testament to how much they enjoyed the engaging and insightful talk. It’s wonderful to see such motivation to learn among the participants!
