Blockchain is still a very much sought-after topic after all these years. MBSAAS organised a panel discussion on 15 June 2022 with three highly experienced C-suite executives and a special guest, Ms Bowie Lau from Hong Kong AMBS. The host, VP MBSAAS, Mr Teo Teck Loon is a director in a global bank and a veteran in the Global Financial Market, Private Banking & Securities Services arena.
The panel speakers: Mr Daniel Liebau, CIO of Modularam Blockchain Fund is deeply rooted in the blockchain field. Armed with 20+ years of financial technology management experience, he advises financial institutions and start-ups on blockchain strategies. Mr Wayne Soo, CEO of The FDC Group and Managing Director of Fiducia LLP. Wayne has conducted executive workshops on forensic investigation, strategic business planning, internal audit, entrepreneurship, cash flow planning, budgeting and disaster recovery for participants in S.E.A. and USA. Mr Kevin Pang, NFT Cryptocurrency and Blockchain expert & GIFT Director, his career in global IT & the telco industry spans over 23 years. In the recent 7 years, he is deeply immersed in Fintech, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, NFTs and GameFi.
It was a successful event with a good turnout. Everyone in the room was passionate about this subject and the discussion was intense. Networking continued as the group moved on to social networking at a nearby pub.
