Conflict is a natural and inevitable part of human interactions, and it’s no different in the workplace. As a matter of fact, conflict is necessary and useful. With the right strategies and tools, it’s still possible to address conflicts effectively and create a supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.
We’re thrilled that the local and regional participants in our Career Development Series on Resolving Interpersonal Conflict at Work with Andrew Jones learned about the dynamics and the eight behavioural changes they may make to influence their partner. As a result, they are more effectively able to resolve disputes amicably and forge stronger professional bonds.
Live role plays and coaching sessions are always beneficial for experiencing potential real-life situations and giving everyone a chance to practice problem-solving. We laughed a lot last night thanks to the participants’ infectious enthusiasm. We appreciate all the compliments that have been sent to us. Thank you very much!
