Essential requirements include:
1) Senior Leadership Experience

• Minimum of 2 years with direct P&L responsibility, or 4+ years as part of a team with clear P&L accountability.
• Currently holds a senior leadership role such as:
  • C-suite executive (e.g. CEO, COO, CFO, CIO),
  • President, Vice President, Chairman, Board Member,
  • Managing Director, General Manager, Divisional or Senior Manager
• Demonstrated strategic influence in shaping company direction, decisions, and goals.
• Typically in positions with substantial accountability within corporate, public, NGO, or large family business structures.

2)  Professional Background

• Proven leadership in corporate, NGO, or entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams at a senior level.
• Background may include:
  • Oversight of a business unit, country, or region,
  • Membership in a company’s senior leadership team, or
  • Leadership of a scaled entrepreneurial venture with plans or strategies for growth.

3) International Exposure (Preferred)

• Working in global environments across borders, with exposure to business complexity and uncertainty.
• Leadership of international or virtual teams across geographies and time zones.
• Developed a global mindset through international placements, projects, or residency.

4) Academic Qualifications

• A good undergraduate or master’s degree, or international equivalent.
• A satisfactory score in one of the following admissions tests:
  • GMAT®
  • GMAC Executive Assessment
  • GRE®
  • Manchester Admissions Test
• English language proficiency is required. Assessed throughout the admissions process to ensure candidates can engage in fast-paced, high-level discussions during the programme.

5) Alternative Admission Route (No Degree Applicants)

Candidates without a degree may be considered through Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL). They must provide:

• Evidence of strong school results, and/or
• Completion of professional training courses, non-degree business qualifications, or relevant certifications
• Clear demonstration of specialist business knowledge
• A strong admissions test result is required

Your tuition fees cover core learning materials, access to our virtual learning environment, standard workshop materials, essential academic resources, and 26 nights of accommodation across the three core global workshop locations: Manchester, Hong Kong and Dubai. Beyond tuition, students should budget for study materials not included in core texts, and any travel related to workshops or global study modules.
